Week 15



Oatmeal with almond milk, syrup and berries. So filling and tasty and kept me warm during the walk to school each morning.

Thai red/green curry with chickpeas, lentils and mushrooms. Paired with rice or sweet potato depending on my mood. Ooh and plenty of veg with humus yuuuuuum.

Vegan bakes – lemon cake and Oreo brownie. Both absolutely delicious and made for the two birthdays(/half birthday) in the office this week.

And I went to the gym 4 times this week! Huge pat on the back for me.
